Header della richiesta

Zammad invia i seguenti header in ogni richiesta POST webhook:

User-Agent

"Zammad User Agent"

X-Zammad-Trigger

Il nome del trigger di origine

X-Zammad-Delivery

Una stringa ID univoca e casuale

X-Hub-Signature

L’hash SHA-1 del tuo token di firma HMAC-SHA1 (supponendo che tu ne abbia fornito uno durante la creazione del tuo trigger)

• Per una migliore leggibilità, tutti i valori vuoti e null sono stati omessi dal payload di esempio sopra. Ciò significa che i webhook che ricevi includeranno campi aggiuntivi non mostrati qui.

• I webhook includeranno anche campi per eventuali oggetti personalizzati definiti nel tuo sistema.

• Gli allegati non sono inclusi; i link agli allegati lo sono (autenticazione richiesta).

• I ticket collegati non sono inclusi.

• Nessuno dei seguenti attributi utente è incluso:

  • last_login

  • login_failed

  • password

  • preferences

  • group_ids

  • groups

  • authorization_ids

  • authorizations
