Registra un’App OAuth

Use the Connect Microsoft 365 App dialog to register Zammad as an OAuth app on Microsoft.

This step is required before adding an account to Zammad.

Migra dal Canale Email al Canale Microsoft 365

Migrate your existing email channels from standard IMAP to the dedicated M365 IMAP channel in Zammad to quickly move your mailboxes. You can roll back if something goes wrong!

Modifica la configurazione degli account esistenti nel Pannello Account.

Nota

🤔 Come posso usare il mio account Microsoft 365 per le notifiche di sistema in uscita?

Nelle istanze in abbonamento/cloud-hosted, non puoi. Le notifiche arriveranno sempre da “Notification Master <noreply@your.zammad.domain>”.

Nelle istanze self-hosted, lo sconsigliamo comunque. Utilizzare un account Microsoft per messaggi automatici in uscita è rischioso: gli utenti che superano i limiti di invio email di Microsoft possono vedere i propri account sospesi.

Configura invece un canale email generico, poi usa l’impostazione Notifica email.
